Overview

AI that works inside your process

Government offices handle thousands of applications, petitions, letters and complaints every week, and much of that work is reading, sorting and routing. AI software can take on the repetitive part: extracting details from scanned documents, tagging a grievance with the right department and urgency, or drafting a summary of a long file for an officer to review.

We build AI as a working tool inside your process, with a person making the final decision. Every project starts with a small proof of concept on your own data, so that you can measure accuracy before committing to a full roll-out. Sensitive data can stay on your servers, with models deployed on-premise or on government cloud.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about AI software for government

Is AI accurate enough for government work?

Accuracy depends on the task and the data. That is why we begin with a proof of concept on your own records and measure results against decisions made by your staff. AI then handles the routine cases, while officers review exceptions and make final decisions.

Can AI read Hindi and Gujarati documents?

Yes. We use optical character recognition and language models that support Devanagari and Gujarati scripts, as well as code-mixed text such as Hinglish.

Where is our data stored?

Your data can stay on your own servers, in a State Data Centre or on government cloud. Where an external model is used, we agree in advance what data may be sent and how it is protected.

What is a good first AI project for a department?

Tasks with high volume and clear rules work best, such as tagging grievances, extracting fields from forms or answering common questions about a scheme.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

No. AI tools usually connect to your existing portals, e-office or helpdesk systems through APIs and add new capability without replacing them.
