Overview

Hear about issues before they grow

Public opinion now forms online, often within hours. A remark at a rally, a complaint about water supply or a misleading video can spread across platforms before an official response is ready. Social media monitoring gives your office a continuous view of what is being said, so that you hear about an issue early and respond with facts.

Our monitoring combines software with analysts who understand Indian politics, governance and regional languages. The software collects public posts, articles and videos around your keywords. Analysts remove noise, tag sentiment and topic, and flag what needs action, so that your team receives signals instead of a flood of links.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about social media monitoring

Which platforms do you monitor?

We monitor public content on X, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, along with news portals, blogs and online editions of newspapers. Coverage is confirmed during scoping, because platform access rules change from time to time.

Can you monitor Hindi and Gujarati content?

Yes. We track keywords in Devanagari, Gujarati and Roman scripts, including transliterated and code-mixed posts, and our analysts read the content in these languages.

Do you monitor WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp messages are private and encrypted, so they are not monitored. We do track content that moves from WhatsApp onto public platforms and into the news.

How quickly will we be alerted?

Alerts are triggered automatically when mentions cross agreed thresholds. During crisis monitoring, an analyst also reviews and escalates critical items as they appear.

How is monitoring different from narrative tracking?

Monitoring tells you what is being said. Narrative tracking goes further and shows how stories form, who is pushing them and how they spread, so that you can plan a response.
